Shipping policy

We offer two different shipping options: Recorded and Courier.

Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For / USPS Recorded)
This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered.

Courier Shipping
This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered.

UK - Royal Mail Recorded (free shipping)
Europe - Royal Mail Recorded or Courier
USA - USPS Recorded or Courier
Everywhere else - Royal Mail Recorded or Courier

Delivery Estimates:
• UK - 5 to 7 working days
• Europe - 6 to 10 working days
• USA - 6 to 10 working days
• Everywhere else - 10 to 15 working days

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to. The weight of one item is 0.1kg.
